From her first single "Sitting Down Here" in 1999,
to her last one "How Would It Be" in June 2005,
Lene is a proper songwriter and singer who writes about
her life, about her emotions and her concernings.
She became popular "by accident", after her friends
and family thought she was so good, they called someone
to take a look at her work.
She got a contract shortly after that, and she was highly
shocked as she became popular all over Europe.
The reason why I chose her as the Artist of the Month,
is because she's just released her 3rd album, "Lost In A Moment",
and everything she writes, she puts in the paper straight from her heart and feelings.
She also writes about things I can relate to very often.
Her sweet and calming voice, accompanied by her soft
melodies and honesty, makes her one of my favourite lifetime artists.
